This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MY TOP UP TIME MOBILE PHONE TREADING L.L.C (LLC - SO) via our platform.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
2. Refund Policy for Physical Products (Devices & Electronics)
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds or returns may be accepted if:
- The request is made within 2 of delivery
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and original invoice are included
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
- The product is returned without complete accessories
- The return request is made after the allowed period
2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting evidence (photos/videos) may be required
- We will offer replacement or refund after verification
2.4 Refund Process (Devices)
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider
3. Refund Policy for Digital Top-up Services
3.1 Non-Refundable Transactions
- All successful mobile top-up transactions are final and non-refundable
- Once a recharge is processed, it cannot be reversed
3.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Correct phone number or account details are entered
- Correct operator and amount are selected
We are not responsible for incorrect entries made by the customer.
3.3 Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
Refunds may be issued if:
- The transaction fails or is not completed
- The recharge is not delivered to the intended recipient
In such cases:
- The amount will be refunded or credited back
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days
4. Order Cancellation
4.1 Physical Products
- Orders may be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and return policy applies
4.2 Digital Top-ups
- Top-up orders cannot be canceled once processed
- Instant processing means cancellation is usually not possible
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting transaction evidence
- Fraudulent claims may lead to legal action
6. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (card, online payment)
- Store credit (if applicable)

- Device refunds: 5–10 business days after approval
- Top-up refunds (failed): 3–7 business days
